For the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) test in SciMark, using the AMD Bulldozer optimizations had caused a performance regression. However, the performance in the stock configuration was moving ahead ever so slightly.
The Jacobi Successive Over-Relaxation test in SciMark witnessed a huge speed-up associated to the Open64 5.0 upgrade.
The Monte Carlo compute performance was also significantly faster -- by about ~30%.
