AMD Radeon RX 580 Linux OpenGL/Vulkan Benchmarks

With the DiRT Rally racing game released earlier this year for Linux by Feral Interactive, the Radeon RX 580 is running just a few frames faster than the RX 480.
With Dota 2 on Vulkan, the RX 580 is just about 6% faster than the reference AMD Radeon RX 480.
At least with the 4K OpenGL results, the Radeon RX 580 landed just a hair above a 60 FPS average.
While the RADV driver stack has more maturing to do within Mesa....
