Navi has issues with Rise of the Tomb Raider on the older Mesa but the main take away for this Vulkan game on Linux is the much better performance across the board when using ACO.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider also saw big performance boosts when flipping on ACO under Mesa 20.1-devel with all four graphics cards.
