Rise of the Tomb Raider with high quality settings is a bit much for the Radeon HD 7950 at 1080p, but ACO did help push the performance closer to 60 FPS.
Even with the lowest quality settings for Rise of the Tomb Raider so this game could run smoothly on the HD 7950, ACO helped a lot.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider was also running better with ACO enabled.
