RADV vs. AMDGPU-PRO vs. AMDVLK Vulkan Linux Driver Performance

Dota 2 at 1080p is easily CPU bound and in this situation the three Vulkan drivers ran about the same speed.
There wasn't much of a CPU usage difference between these drivers.
While at 4K, the RX 580 performance was similar on the three drivers while the RX Vega 64 on RADV Mesa 18.2-dev was the slowest while the PRO and AMDVLK drivers were about the same speed.
