RADV vs. AMDGPU-PRO Vulkan Performance vs. OpenGL In May 2017

RADV was doing very well with Mad Max on Vulkan as well for the RX 480 and R9 Fury while the RX 580 clearly has a RADV problem right now.
These Mad Max numbers are very pleasant for RADV on the RX 480 Polaris and R9 Fury Fiji hardware.
