The X-Plane 11 flight simulator is largely CPU bound.

The Tesseract open-source OpenGL game is one of the rare scenarios where the RX Vega 64 actually outperformed the GTX 1080 Ti with the Ryzen 7 2700X and Core i7 8700K processors.

Xonotic at the higher visual quality settings is also another scenario where the RX Vega 64 does happen to outperform the GTX 1080 Ti due to driver differences albeit both with correct rendering.

Lastly are the results from OpenArena.
