With titles like Batman: Arkham Knight that run on Linux via Steam Play with DXVK for converting Direct3D calls to Vulkan, the Zen 3 performance came out ahead of the Core i9 10900K...

While native Linux game ports like Dota 2 were also out in front for the Ryzen 9 5900 series...

The aging Dawn of War III Linux port was one of the only games where the 5900X and i9-10900K tied.

With Feral Interactive's Linux game ports like F1 2017 and using Vulkan, the Ryzen 9 5900 series were delivering very healthy gains over the Core i9 10900K and compared to previous generation Zen 2 parts. There was 35% higher performance for F1 2017 going from the 3900XT to 5900X!

With HITMAN 2 that runs on Linux via Steam Play there was upwards of 22% generational uplift for AMD.
