Various code compilation benchmarks were yielding the better performance with the DDR5-6000 memory due to the UCLK running 1:2 for memory speeds above DDR5-6000.

Ultimately it comes down to what applications/workloads are most important to you in deciding whether going for DDR5-8000 memory makes sense with its higher latencies with current DIMM kits available.
