The AMD Ryzen 7000 series in server form can also serve as a nice SOHO server for Nginx or similar web serving use-cases. The Ryzen 7000 series performed great for Nginx serving static content via HTTPS and was a big upgrade over the Ryzen 5000 series and also easily shooting past the Xeon E-2300 series.
The AMD Ryzen 7000 series "X3D" 3D V-Cache processors were delivering a particularly compelling case for power efficiency with Nginx.
There was also terrific generational improvement with the commonly used OpenSSL cryptographic library.
The AMD Ryzen 7000 series X3D parts stood out again with their excellent performance-per-Watt in these server workloads.
