In some lighter-weight, OpenGL-powered games like Xonotic the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 series was now able to outperform the Intel Core i5 12600K / i7 12900K processors.
Likewise for the Unvanquished open-source first person shooter, the Ryzen 9 7900X/7950X were now the front-runners ahead of the Intel Alder Lake CPUs while the Alder Lake CPUs exhibited better performance-per-Watt.
