AMD Ryzen 9 9950X Power/Performance With CPU Frequency Scaling Driver Tunables

The srsRAN 5G RAN software solution was one of the workloads where the default AMD P-State EPP powersave configuration was leaving some performance on the table. It was possible to see 14~36% higher performance by switching to the more performance-minded configurations for srsRAN.
There wasn't too much of a power difference during these different modes that running with the performance configurations was leading to the best performance per Watt.
For the most part though a majority of the workloads tested didn't see much of a power/performance difference between the various CPUFreq driver/governor/EPP settings tested on this Ryzen 9 9950X desktop.
