Metro Last Light Redux didn't see much of a change in performance until hitting the powersave governor.

Portal wasn't affected by the governor decisions.

The Talos Principle with Vulkan and OpenGL also didn't encounter any adverse performance from the CPUFreq governor decisions.

Team Fortress 2 meanwhile was running roughly around the same speed except for the conservative and powersave options.

Xonotic was much the same manner.
