With the SVT-AV1 video encoder the amd-pstate schedutil performance was again noticeably lower than the other tested combinations while still falling behind in performance-per-Watt.
With the AOM-AV1 encoder, amd-pstate schedutil was matched by acpi-cpufreq schedutil. Switching over to the "performance" governors tend to always help out with the video encode/decode workloads.
