Across a range of Linux server workloads these Solidigm PCIe 5.0 SSDs were delivering great performance on this AMD EPYC PCIe Gen 5 server.

Drive temperatures of these Solidigm D7-PS1010 SSDs weren't anything to worry about with them running quite cool even with PCIe 5.0 speeds.

Overall the Solidigm D7-PS1010 series PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSDs delivered impressive performance and coming out ahead of other PCIe 5.0 data center SSD competition from Kioxia and great uplift over PCIe 4.0 SSDs.

👁 Solidigm D7-PS1010 E3.S SSD

These Solidigm D7-PS1010 SSDs have been running very well in the lab and I'll have out more benchmarks on them soon, including a fresh Linux file-system comparison with the likes of EXT4, XFS, Btrfs, F2FS, and Bcachefs.
