👁 System76 Launch Keyboard Configurator app

While System76 caters to the Linux crowd, their software configuration app does work on Windows and macOS too for those interested. As with the original keyboard, the configuration app and the QMK firmware are open-source as is the hardware/PCB design.

System76 sent over their new Launch Keyboard for testing alongside their new Thelio Mira desktop. The build quality of the Launch Keyboard remains the best I've ever experienced. The only downside to the keyboard is the cost at just under $300 USD.

👁 System76 Launch Keyboard use

The System76 Launch keyboard as shown for its standard layout is $285 USD or the System76 Launch Heavy as the full-size keyboard layout goes for $299 USD. Spending nearly $300 on a keyboard may be very tough to justify but if you are after the absolute best quality keyboard and/or committed to open-source software/hardware, there is no other option than the System76 Launch Keyboards.
