Marek found an 8% performance boost with CS:GO on his testing with an R9 Fury and a much older Intel CPU. But with the Core i7 7700K, the CS:GO performance was the same for an RX 580 and R9 Fury.
Dota 2 was also running about the same speed.
Marek reported a 12% performance boost in ET: Legacy. With this i7-7700K Kabylake system, the RX 580 and R9 Fury each improved by 5%.
The CPU utilization wasn't hugely different.
