With the OpenMP-using GraphicsMagick program, GCC remains much faster than the OpenMP support available to the Clang-based compilers.

Under the Himeno pressure solver test, Clang 6.0 was slightly faster than Clang 7.0 SVN which in turn was faster than AOCC and the GCC compilers.

Clang also maintained a slight lead with the Stockfish chess benchmark.

Clang 7.0 SVN had another small performance advantage when it came to the ebizzy program attempting to model server performance.
