AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3990X Linux Performance After Three Years

Overall the Threadripper 3990X performance has moved in the right direction over the past three years with Linux/open-source software updates.
👁 Blender benchmark with settings of Blend File: Classroom, Compute: CPU-Only. 2020 was the fastest.
Running the same Blender 2.90 release as in 2020 on a 2023 software stack was surprisingly slower... Possibly due to the AMD P-State Schedutil change that took place.
Not specific to AMD or Threadripper but the Python performance has improved nicely with its latest releases.
