Ubuntu 19.04 Is Offering Some Performance Improvements Over Ubuntu 18.10, Comparison To Clear Linux

It's pleasant to see in some of these tests the better performance on Ubuntu 19.04 where commonly we haven't see much of an improvement out of the other recent Ubuntu releases.
Python 3.7 in Ubuntu 19.04 is also great for developers.
Ubuntu 19.04 also has PHP 7.3 for better PHP performance albeit not nearly as tuned as the default Clear Linux PHP packaging.
