GROMACS as found packaged on Ubuntu 25.10 hadn't seen any performance difference from the software upgrade to amd64v3.
The Darktable RAW photography software seemed to be performing ever so slightly but consistently slower following the amd64v3 transition.
With the GEGL graphics library shipped by Ubuntu 25.10 there were some performance regressions observed after the amd64v3 enablement.
