For Vulkan compute there were clear improvements too when comparing the peak Vulkan compute capabilities for different data types on this Intel Lunar Lake laptop.

Across a variety of iGPU benchmarks for the Xe2 graphics of the Core Ultra 7 258V (Lunar Lake), the performance was up by about 17% on the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 when going from Ubuntu 25.04 to Ubuntu 26.04. Of course, if desiring even better integrated graphics performance there is now Panther Lake with the much-improved Xe3 graphics with the Arc B390 that is working out very well on Ubuntu 26.04.

A comparison looking at the Lunar Lake CPU performance under Linux to follow.
