This is one of the first times we have tested Inkscape in the context of mitigation overhead and for the older CPUs does indeed show an impact across the board.
RawTherapee is another new program tested in the context of the mitigations and indeed a slight hit from the default mitigations.
The Python performance hit is still visible on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
