The Unigine Tropics results are similar to the older Sanctuary tech demo in that the KDE-based Ubuntu Linux performance with the binary NVIDIA driver could match Windows 7.
With Unigine Heaven, the latest publicly released tech demo from Unigine, the performance of the KDE-based Ubuntu continued to match that of Microsoft Windows 7 for the three tested GeForce graphics cards.
