Ubuntu 12.04 Is ARM-ing Up For Better Performance

With NAS Parallel Benchmarks from NASA, which are written in Fortran, there were some nice performance improvements in some of the tests under the 12.04 snapshot, but also at least one performance drop.
The system memory performance appeared slightly faster when using the Ubuntu 12.04 components on the Linux 3.2 kernel.
