The FFTE performance is up by 9% on Ubuntu 12.10 2012-06-05 over Ubuntu 12.04.
MAFFT failed to properly run on Ubuntu 12.04 ARM, but it's back up to running with Ubuntu 12.10 packages and its performance is much-improved obviously over Ubuntu 11.10 on the PandaBoard ES.
All of the CacheBench results were also much in favor of Ubuntu 12.10.
