With the GtkTextView - Add Text widget testing, the performance was nearly identical between the Radeon and Catalyst drivers.
The Catalyst 10.4 driver was much faster than Lucid's Radeon stack when it came to the GtkDrawingArea - Pixbufs.
The Catalyst 10.4 driver was also faster with the QGears2 test using the OpenGL back-end.
