NVIDIA Optimus On Ubuntu 13.10 Linux vs. Windows 8.1

With the older Unigine Engine tests were back to the same story of where the "out of the box" experience is just using the Intel HD Graphics 4000, the NVIDIA GT 620M performance is piss poor with Nouveau via DRI PRIME, and when using Bumblebee the performance is better but still coming in short of Windows.
Unigine Valley doesn't do any better for the Ubuntu Linux numbers.
