Windows 10 May 2020 vs. Linux Performance On AMD Ryzen Threadripper

Windows was only outperforming Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with the Intel SVT-AV1 video encoder performance except for at the highest encode mode it nearly tied with Clear Linux for first place.
Windows was also performing well with Intel's SVT-HEVC H.265 video encoder.
But for VP9 encoding with Intel's SVT, Windows 10 was only faster than Manjaro Linux.
