Using W10Privacy To Boost Ubuntu WSL Performance On Windows 10
Again, in most CPU workloads the W10Privacy changes didn't have any real impact.
In the timed test to compile LLVM, the W10Privacy mode did provide a noticeable benefit. With compiling a large code-base like LLVM, there is obviously a lot of file operations happening and thus explainable for the W10Privacy improvement under WSL.
The Perl performance under WSL was helped with the W10Privacy optimizations.
