As we've been used to seeing over the past three years, it really depends on the particular workload for how impact it is by Spectre mitigations (and Meltdown, L1TF, TAA, MDS, and others on Intel CPUs).
Ultimately whether you leave your CPU at the defaults or if disabling the Spectre mitigations, the Ryzen 5000 series performance continues to be terrific.
