EU countries want more guidance and clarity on how reformed data rules would be enforced, according to a draft text obtained by POLITICO.
The text, dated May 29 and drawn up by Cyprus’ presidency of the Council of the EU, laid out how EU countries wants to reform non-personal data rules as part of the digital omnibus, the EU bill proposing a number of red tape slashing measures for privacy and data laws.
