Quote from UAnimals: "The pain and horror cannot be put into words. We extend our deepest sympathies to the people who have lost their pets because of the cruelty of Russian criminals.

At the moment, we are trying to get in touch with the clinic and find out how we can help."

UAnimals later reported that a member of staff at the clinic has notified them that all of the animals have died as a result of the strike.

Background: On 3 April, Russia carried out a large-scale daytime missile and drone attack on Kyiv Oblast, killing one person and injuring eight others, including a child. The Obukhiv, Bucha and Fastiv districts came under attack.
