This Privacy Policy describes how PrestoSports, LLC and our affiliated companies (collectively, “PrestoSports,” “we,” “our” or “us”), collects, uses, stores, shares and otherwise processes your personal information in connection with the website prestosports.com and services offered by PrestoSports (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies when you access, visit or use any portion of the Services. When we use the term “personal information,” it means information that directly or indirectly identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual. “Personal information” does not include aggregated, deidentified, or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, then please stop using the Services.
We provide services as a data processor to our clients, which may include processing of personal information collected on websites we support and host on their behalf. Any data collection, use and processing practices of those websites are subject to the terms and conditions and policies of those websites, and not subject to this Privacy Policy. 2. Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect information relating to you and your use of our Services from a variety of sources:
Information we collect directly from you.
- Site Set-Up: information provided to us so that we can set up your athletic site(s) and establish your PrestoSports account settings. Site set-up information includes, but is not limited to, your company’s trade name, business entity, principal address, owner information, phone number, email address, state of formation, tax ID numbers, website information, and banking information.
- Billing information: information about how we charge you for Services. Billing information may include your bank name, account and routing number, or information linked to one or more credit cards.
- Other data you want to share: we may collect other information or data that you choose to send us, for example, a positive review or testimonials.
Information we collect automatically when interacting with our Services.
- Usage data: we collect usage data whenever you interact with the Services.
- Device and application data: we collect data about the devices and applications used when connecting to or accessing our Services, including but not limited to, IP address and browser type. We can usually infer geographic data based on an IP address.
- Referral data: if you visit the Services from an external source (like another website or via email link), we might record information about the source that referred you to us.
- Information from third parties: we might collect your personal information or data from third parties if you give permission to those third parties to share such information with us.

We contract with service providers to provide services such as data management, promotional services, email distribution, digital asset management, website hosting, and functionality. We may provide our services providers with the information needed for them to perform those contracted services. We reserve the right to disclose any personal information as needed if that information is requested by law enforcement agencies or if we are required to do so by law, treaty, regulation, subpoena, court order, or by a government entity. Our Services are intended for individuals over the age of eighteen (18), and are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will delete it. If you believe that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, please contact us using by one of the methods indicated in the “Contact Us” section below.
6. Choice and Communication Preferences
Account. In order to keep your personal information accurate and complete, you can log in to review and update your account information, including contact and billing information, via your account. If you would like to change the way we communicate with you, including a change in your primary point of contact (whether for billing purposes or otherwise), please send us the request at accounting@prestosports.com.
Email. If you receive a newsletter from us, then you will see an option to “unsubscribe” from receiving further email newsletters from us at any time. Your option not to receive promotional and marketing material will not preclude us from corresponding with you, by email or otherwise, regarding your existing or past business relationships with us, and will not preclude us from accessing and viewing your personal information in the course of maintaining and improving the Services. If you do not wish to receive any service-related emails from us, you have the option of deactivating your account.
Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies or interact with our consent management platform to adjust your settings. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of the Services.
7. Third-Party Links
We may provide links on the Services to third-party websites we think may be of interest to you, including links to social media platforms. These websites are independent of us and have their own separate privacy policies and platform terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites. How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide you with Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
9. Do Not Track Signals; Third-Party Tracking
Some websites have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. The Services does not currently respond to browser-based “do not track” signals. Third parties, other than our vendors (such as our website analytics provider), do not have authorization from us to track which websites you visited prior to and after visiting the Services. Please note, however, that we cannot control third-party tracking and there may be some third-party tracking that occurs without our knowledge or consent.
10. Notice to Users Outside the United States
We are headquartered in the United States. The Services are intended for individuals who are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, your personal information will be transferred and stored in the United States.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on the Services. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the “Last updated” date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
