Building Visibility in AI Overviews and LLMs for a Global Brand
DHL, a global shipping brand, wanted to ensure their visibility continued to grow in the new era of search. Within our SEO campaign, we worked to develop their visibility within AI Overviews as well as on LLMs such as ChatGPT.
Our approach focused on making DHL content easy to surface, understand, and reference across both traditional search and AI-powered results. This included expanding and optimising international destination pages, strengthening technical foundations for crawlers, and enriching content with clear, factual information such as country details and shipping guidance.
This AI-focussed work achieved brilliant results, increasing LLM referral traffic by 121% and AI Overview mentions by 108%.
How a Targeted SEO Approach Beat Big Competition
In the highly saturated office furniture industry, outranking established brick-and-mortar competitors or national names like Ikea is unlikely. So, we devised a plan to help Office Reality gain rankings without trying to take on industry titans directly, by focusing on ranking above direct B2B competitors of a similar niche and size instead.
Therefore, targeting more specific, long-tail B2B keywords was the most effective way forward, as these were something the large competition was not targeting. As a way to both help Office Reality achieve those increased organic rankings and insert those long-tail keywords, we focused on the category pages.
We were able to optimise around 50 pages in total, and because of this, saw 105 keywords jump to within the top 3 positions!
Using Paid Social to Grow In a Competitive Market on a Tight Budget
A luxury kitchenware brand came to us with three distinct challenges β budget limitations, a small target audience, and the fact that their website was not an e-commerce site, meaning they were unable to track conversions and sales through their own site.
Giving the competitive nature of their sector and budget limitations, our team decided Meta Ads was the best approach. They utilised in-depth targeting, eye-catching visuals and user-generated content to reach a wider audience and generate interest.
The campaign did a fantastic job of driving brand awareness and new business β leading to average monthly traffic reaching 16,452 users, and a huge average of 538 PDF brochure downloads per month!
How A Regional Paid Search Approach Delivered Global Success
LGC, a leading player in the life sciences sector, sought to enhance their understanding of online customers, boost global growth, and develop a loyal customer base. The aim was to increase transaction revenue through paid search while nurturing long-term customer relationships, with a global outlook.
We analysed past performance, identified key audience demographics and reorganised campaigns for global expansion. We then restructured the campaigns based on key sectors and regions, matching each region to the most relevant landing page.
Our strategic approach saw a revenue increase of 97.5%, a transaction increase of 74.9% and a ROAS of 21:1.
