| Custom Audiences | A personalized list of user attributes that our advertising partners use as part of a targeted advertising strategy. |
| Data Protection Laws | As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum. |
| Legal Basis | The six lawful grounds established by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to process Personal Data. These include: consent; contractual obligations; legal obligations; vital interests; public interests; legitimate interests. |
| Online Services | As defined in Smartsheet's User Agreement. |
| Personal Data (aka Personal Information) | As defined in Smartsheet's Data Processing Addendum. |

| Sensitive Personal Data | As defined under respective U.S. states (such as the CCPA); includes social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state identification cards, passport numbers, your precise geo-location, racial or ethnic origins, religious or philosophical beliefs, union memberships, the contents of your mail and email (unless Smartsheet is the intended recipient of that content), or genetic data. |
