How to set up my account?

To set up your account, go to vidu.com, click "sign in", and follow the steps to create an account using your email, Google, or Apple login.

Can I change the email address I used to register Vidu?

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported yet, but it will be available soon!

Why was my account blocked, and how can I recover it?

Your account might have been blocked due to suspicious activity, violation of terms, or security concerns. If your account has been blocked by mistake, you can contact our support team at support@vidu.com for assistance and clarification.
