WPZOOM Refund Policy

We at WPZOOM want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us or open a new support ticket.

However, if you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right.

We are happy to offer a 14-day refund period, subject to fair use conditions, on all eligible purchases. Simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase with details of your request, and we’ll help you.

Conditions for a Declined Refund

Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused and reserve the right to refuse refunds in specific cases.

We will not refund your purchase in the following situations:

• No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase.
• Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. Renewals are considered continuation of service and are non-refundable.
• Refunds on product bundles may be refused or partially granted at our discretion.
• If we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of or is being abused.
• Refunds may be refused if the product has been used extensively in production or deployed on multiple live sites.
• If we detect suspicious or excessive download activity inconsistent with personal or standard business use.
• If you benefited from our free installation.
• If significant technical support or customization work was provided, a partial refund may apply to cover time spent.
• Payment processing fees charged by our payment providers (approximately 2-4% of the transaction amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
