8 Adobe Creative Cloud
A must-have toolkit for creators
This one shouldn’t surprise anyone. While there is no shortage of Adobe alternatives out there, the company’s tools still remain industry standard. Adobe offers several plans for creators, but if you have a good budget, you should go with Adobe Creative Cloud. It combines the company’s class-leading apps in a single bundle, including access to Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and more. These apps are available natively on Windows and Mac. Lately, Adobe is heavily focusing on AI to improve your workflow. Overall, if you are a creator, you can’t go wrong with it.
If you are interested in just Photoshop and Lightroom, there is a cheaper Photograph plan as well. Adobe throws in Creative Cloud storage with each plan, meaning you can sync your projects, access them from any device, and continue your editing workflow.

1 Notion
A productivity powerhouse
Speaking of the top productivity tools for professionals, how can I leave Notion out of the list? It’s the best all-in-one solution to manage your tasks, notes, projects, meeting notes, client information, and more in a single workspace. It is available on all the platforms and uses the / (slash) command to enter text, highlighter, code, database, and files from third-party services.
Notion uses a block editor, comes with a rich templates library, supports automation tools, AI assistant, and integration with third-party tools. Notion has nailed it with multiple databases. You can use the table, list, board, and timeline views to manage your projects like a pro. It supports seamless collaboration as well. You can invite your clients or team members to your workspace or a page and manage projects simultaneously. The company recently introduced charts and forms to take your productivity to the next level.
My only gripe with Notion is the lack of offline mode. The company is said to be working on an offline mode, but it's far from reality. If that's a dealbreaker for you, check out the top Notion alternatives.
