OnePlus is no stranger to releasing special edition movie tie-in phone models. The OnePlus 5T had a Star Wars Edition launch in a few countries before the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. OnePlus teased an Avengers: Infinity War tie-in back in early April, but they didn't say anything about it when they announced the OnePlus 6 in London. Although the movie has been out for a while now, the Marvel Avengers Edition of the OnePlus 6 is finally here.

The Marvel Avengers Edition will be the only OnePlus 6 model sold in India with 256GBs of storage. Apart from that, the device's specifications are identical to the other variants. Since the special edition is based on the Indian variant, that means it'll have different LTE bands than the model sold globally.
