A family relative who asked to remain anonymous said that a pistol was held to the head of one of the family members and that a young child in the home witnessed the incident.

“Mostly I’m thinking about the six year old who saw all this,” the relative said.

The men are suspected of attempted aggravated robbery, aggravated extortion, firearms offenses, assault and drunk driving.

Police would not give further details due to the ongoing investigation.

“It's unpleasant – armed robbery in a rural area,” the relative told Yle. “It’s terrible that it has come to this.”
