The prices cited throughout the ARRL Store do not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling, plus tax where applicable, will automatically be calculated at the time you complete your order.

US Shipping: The table below indicates the rates for shipping and handling. US orders will be handled via a ground delivery service. Options for priority services are available at check out.

International Shipping: The table below indicates the rates for shipping and handling. Orders are usually shipped via an international mail delivery service. Packages are typically delivered to the country via an air service, and then entered into local, ground mail services; this is not a traceable service. FedEx International Express may be available at check out; this is a traceable service. Orders over $200 must ship via a traceable service.

Please note: the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ARRL cannot predict these charges.

Please use your full name and shipping address (street address) when placing orders. MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards accepted. Most orders are shipped from Newington, Connecticut. Orders received via the on-line system are processed within 3 business days. Please allow another 1 to 7 days shipping time (in the US) after your order leaves ARRL. For orders shipped FedEx 2nd day, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. For orders shipped FedEx Standard Overnight, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.

US and Territories
Items sold by ARRL and shipped to locations in the US, including territories may be subject to sales tax*. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state.

* In June of 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling that states can require internet retailers to collect sales taxes.
