Today in Iya Valley : Kazurabashi Vine Bridge and 👁 Today in Iya Valley : Kazurabashi Vine Bridge and Hi-no-ji Valley. Surrounded by deep mountains, this landscape represents one of the most iconic views of the Iya Valley. It is still a little early for the fresh greenery of spring, but the emerald green waters of the Iya River stand out beautifully in the quiet valley. The Iya Kazurabashi Vine Bridge gently sways as you cross it. Walking across while feeling the atmosphere of this hidden valley is an experience you can only have here. Hi-no-ji Valley is where the Iya River meanders dramatically, forming the shape of the Japanese character “ひ”. It is a powerful landscape shaped by nature over a very long time.
