You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again after that.

If we ever need to make changes or discontinue the subscription, we aim to give you at least two months’ notice to ensure a guaranteed minimum runtime and a smooth transition.

Yes. If you book your “Shopware Intelligence+” subscription by July 31, 2026, your subscription will include unlimited usage during the active subscription periods up to and including September 2026.

After this period, the offering will transition to its standard, non-unlimited model. New bookings of Shopware Intelligence+ after July 31, 2026 will no longer include the unlimited usage.

Agentic capabilities are available now in Shopware Intelligence+. Copilot carries out multi-step tasks across your store, it understands your request, analyses your data and executes. To get started with our agentic capabilities, you must first sign up to Shopware Intelligence+.

1. Install the Nexus service in your Shopware Admin. Go to Settings → Services and activate the Shopware Nexus Event Ingestion Service.

2. Open the Nexus portal in your browser.

3. Review and accept the terms and conditions to complete your setup.
