Matsudo Takaji was born on December 23, 1947 in Japan. He is an animation producer. After graduating from the Tama University of Arts he joined
Tokyo Movie in 1973, but in the same year he transferred to Zuiyo Eizou. In 1975 majority of Zuiyo Eizou's staff moved to the newly established
Nippon Animation, Matsudo included. He started working as production manager there, later becoming producer. In 1993 he left Nippon Animation to establish
Vega Entertainment, which he also became the representative director of.
