I don't think "Time:Future" should be there on full display. It should be either removed or there should be an option to make it hidden as a spoiler. I consider that a pretty huge spoiler.

Well if you're really smart you can more or less figure it out with the very first scene in the first episode after the OP

Rather, you have to really really try to miss the very first scene as a giveaway for Clarke's third law that could have been only presented in a visual medium, like animation. Not to mention all the other hints shown in every episode, and the outro.

It was about 6 thousands years counting from today. It is said that Mauzel with the alien race help 'locked' the world 5 thousands years before events in the anime. Also, before the lockout event humanity were able to freely fly in space which at the today's technical advancement, I think it will take us more or less several hundreds years. i've just seen the show and i agree - "Time: Future" is an unnecessary spoiler. okay, it is set in the future, but it doesn't have to be written in huge yelling letters.
also, "Post-apocalyptic" - while technically true, the show is much different than what we usually imagine as post-apocalyptic so i'd remove that one too or at least reduce its weight to minimum.
finally the "Shipboard" category should go too. they spent a short time on a _naval_ cruiser - that does not fit the description of the category.
also, "strong female lead" tag is debatable.
