Hmm. Despite being released nearly 20 years later this isn't all that different, quality-wise, from Chinkoroheibei Tamatebako. The main difference is the sound quality is much higher and there's a modern amount of voice acting.
As far as content goes the two are also rather similar, though this contains song elements (as opposed to that movie's dance elements) and is ~slightly~ less silly. Still extremely cartoony though.
