How it works
SEMrush server-renders the public overview page with the free-tier metrics baked directly into the HTML body. The actor issues a single curl_cffi HTTP GET per domain (Chrome TLS fingerprint) and parses the labeled metric values out of the rendered text.

Limitations
- Free-tier fields only: Traffic Cost, Ad Spend, Top Keywords, Competitor lists, and full keyword breakdowns are gated ("Unlock") and not returned.
- Authority Score caps at 100 — shown for all listed domains.
- Delta fields (
referringDomainsChange,backlinksChange) are kept as percentage strings like+1%.
FAQ
Do I need a SEMrush account? No. Do I need a proxy? No. Why not full keyword/competitor data? Those require a paid SEMrush subscription and are not exposed to anonymous users.
