Or the coach who is stretched thin, wishing they could analyze every block start or sprint rep, but simply doesn’t have the time. And let’s be real—many coaches, like me, have day jobs. We cannot always be at every practice.</p><p>From the athlete’s perspective, the problem is just as real. What if you don’t have a coach? Or you’re traveling, or on school break?
