Each record carries the data couples and planners actually care about: name, category, city, state, service area, star rating, review count, price range, starting price band, Best of Weddings award status, premium tier, claimed status, business attributes (Woman-owned, Black-owned, Asian-owned, LGBTQ-owned, Veteran-owned), photo and video styles, services offered, contact info, social links, and the full image gallery. Service-area vendors like photographers, DJs, and planners expose city, state, and serviceArea but leave address and postalCode empty. That is source behaviour, not a scraper bug.
